As much an inquiry into the social-political impacts of luxury as it is an historical look at luxury in the ancient world. If you’re wondering what the future of luxury is nowadays in the wake of the global financial meltdown? We’ve got a documentary for you that highlights the evolution of Sustainable Luxury that is being embraced by the biggest brands: Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Gucci Group (PPR) and more.

We also take you for a ride through the house of mirrors that was the Wall Street and London City excesses of luxury during the heydey of their mockery of a banking “system” – the same system that has landed so many countries and its citizens in such deep financial waters.
